I was led to believe prior to MM's appointment that the board would see a top 10 as a realistic target this year, I suspect that MM has little cash available to bring anyone in, otherwise i'm sure he would have lined up a right sided midfielder long ago.

excatly Lionel Messi could sign on £58m deal to us at the last minute no one knows except MM and the board all we got is speculation (as supporters) and tbh it is the echo who is saying we're not going to sign anyone else
