having seen the deal plastered all over our stadium and numerous others i switched energy providers and looked forward to receiving the 45 quids worth of football vouchers which i planned to use for a city away shirt.
after 6 months and numerous phonecalls to an absolutely useless customers service department which insisted on fobbing me off with excuses like theyve already been sent,the postcode was wrong etc im absolutely fuming
as anyone else dealt with this company,recieved or not received the promised football vouchers.Plus anyone know where there is any npower booths so i can give them a right bollocking in person.
any help or advice would be greatly appreciated
