Cardiff City paid £613,510 to agents last season - nearly three times the amount paid by Welsh rivals Swansea City.
Swansea paid £238,760 to agents last season over the course of 42 "transactions" - new signings, completed contract negotiations and loans - while Cardiff's bill came from 37 transactions.
The highest total paid to agents by any Championship club was the £1,770,282 paid by league winners QPR, while Middlesbrough spent £1,598,228, among a total of £14,089,702 paid out to agents by the division's 24 clubs
