I had the feeling all along that Earnie and Miller wouldnt work, and i'm
still convinced they hit the same type of channels. We need a new striker.
Either that or push young Joe right up there, he'll give defenders nightmares!!

Midfield?? its starting to purr. I cannot believe Conway was getting stick the
other week. Perhaps we do need another wide player as cover though?

Three more decent signings in those positions and we will go up as champions

Exellent start as our manager taffy,im sure malky sees our weaknesses as well.Im well excited with the team he has put together.Do we really need premiership rejects to come in on loan with big wages,there's plenty of deceny players in the lower leagues who could do a job for us in the positions we need,even with payin a fee for them it it would probably be cheaper

I'd go with five new players and we will go up as champs.

Need to find another player like Goodwillie.

personally i think mason is more suited coming from deep rather than playing up top. i dont think he'd be great at holding the ball up but taking up intelligent positions behind the front two and running at defenders or choosing the right option seem to be his major strengths from what i've seen

At last we have a team of workers not overpaid shirkers like last season.Think we need 2 good quick centre backs and another striker, great to see the work ethic of this team.

yes i like cowie and conway only one question is conway a right footer because he crosses a lot with his right and if so can be used on both flanks

The Luke Chambers rumour has gone all quiet now but i'd sign him to replace Hudson. Hudson is good with his head, but awful with his feet IMO. The Titanic can turn quicker than him!

Agree a really good start to the season, with a few more players signed before the close of the transfer window i can see us getting even stronger and harder to beat.

Don't get the clown bit at all - thought it was a worthy post - been quite since perhaps he went off to the circus!!

good post Taffy, i think if we add strength too our defence and pace which i feel is missing at the moment we will challenge near the top .

This is a perfect example of somebody getting so far ahead of themselves it's funny, and of course, deluded.

I can't see us going up as champions however much we spend.

Top 6 at most.
