Bellamy would have been on a loan or free, that doesn't mean we have money to spend, Personally I would like us to sign players and not loan them. Malky is building a team, He has said he will not sign anyone who doesn't improve the team, Give him time and don't expect to much this year. (Although I think we can be top 6 with our current team)
