Lukaku has joined Chelsea hasn't he? I'm thinking as he's young, Chelsea would want to loan him out to a Championship team. Although I take your point that he can easily be loaned out to foreign team in a top division.

They would have options all over the world to loan him out to including the premiership BBVA and seria A

you seen how good lukaku is? he wont be going anywhere on loan. hes going to tear wales a new ass hole when he plays us for belgium
