Gypes, Wildig, Tawio, Parkin, Naylor will not make an impact this season therefore they need to be loaned out or sold so that the squad can be boosted with players that are able to make a telling contribution and not making up the numbers for numbers sake. Hoskins coming off the bench for them tonight a perfect example.
