When he means black culture, he means black gangster culture derived from the streets of Los Angeles where people live in appauling and very dangerous conditions but is glamourised by the music industry predominantly with 'Gangster Rap' which glamourises violence, gang culture how to make easy money with no regard for the law or any authority. This culture is taken on by many people in who want to be like these gangster rappers who glamorise a wholly dangerous and illegal lifestyle. I watched a programme last week on how hip-hop has influenced the world and it showed how it had a strong influence in putting the first black man as president of the united states, which is great but it is also responsible for ripping out our moral heart and common decency which we were once so very proud of.
