Whitts at his best !

Mon Aug 15, 2011 7:00 am

Dont think Ive seen Whittingham play so well for Cardiff as he did yesterday , he looks a new player :ayatollah: :D :ayatollah:

Is he going to become the Magnificant 7 ???

Always been a massive Whitts fan and he was great yesterday. He will be the difference in many results this year. Fortunately however I think Cowie can play that roll effectively too if needed to we have cover. :ayatollah:

I agree MM is certainly bringing the best out of Whitts, also thought it was great to see him get straight up after he was caught by Stead.

Jay would have flat out for a month after being caught like that. ;)

MM has injected a passion into our players that Dave Jones could't do! Whitts so far has been brilliant working his socks off...so far nobody can call him lazy or uninterested like we used too!!

Well done Malkay :ayatollah:

Good point about Cowie, I thought he was fantastic yesterday.

Unlike the last 4 or 5 seasons that midfield now seems to be our strength. Yesterday Cowie, Whitts, Gunarrson, Conway and Mason all looked excellent.

I think we'll need Gunarrson in the big games to break up the play but Mason showed he's got a lot to offer and seems to be ready a lot earlier than I'd anticipated :ayatollah:
