brtian doesn't have them, they don't own one, if they need them they have to get them in from ireland

We own them, but they're all in Ireland (12 of them).
The police are POWERLESS until the top brass give them the go-ahead. It's pathetic.

With the water cannons all in Ireland there is still a reasonable solutions:
Send all the police home, there's to much red tape and the IPCC from them to worry about. Then get a couple of infantry battalions freshly home from afghan, give them all a baton and crown immunity from prosecution....announce this to the public, the little scummy chav's will soon scuttle off home.
