I drew that when I was posted there in 1975. Someone else must have written the rest underneath?

It was at a club called Magnet in Berlin . It was in the only backstage toilet, so must have been drawn by a band or artist that support city.

Whats up with the arrow it look like a arrow hit a tv arial.
