Thing is they agreed to the financial fair play for this season. rules come into affect next season but i understood that all clubs agreed voted and working towards it this season and even though rules start next season an agreement to start this season. seems like leicester are taking the piss out of the rest of the divison now. clubs cannot spend more than they earn basically.
