Malky ill be there tour!! fingers pointed?

Have to say last nights meeting was mainly positive and malky and the boys seem really motivated for the season ahead. Some key points which maybe of interest for this message board where

Malky welcomes fans to training but would ask them to leave after 11.00am so formations and team selections dont get leaked on boards like these

Malky seemed infuriated with the rumours raised about steve mcphail and that incorrect facts had got back to steves family as a result. However he didnt particularly point the finger at this board or anyone in particular but i left with the impression that ppl where pointing their finger at this board and facebook in particular

malky and gethin said they would clamp down on information leaks to such sites as they believe it could be detremental to club business,with regards to signings,formations,injuries etc etc

David kerslake said that they wouldnt be using kevin nolans comments to get the boys motivated this sunday as the dont listen to rubbish but to rest assured the boys are ready to go full tilt for the 95-96 mins.

Asked about formations,style of play and his philsohpy on football malky responded he would adjust formations depending on opposition and look at the best way in which we can attack them and stop them from playing. he said there will be no rigid formation . On his football philosphy he was asked did he prefer to win 1-0 or 5-4 he said 5-0 was his philosphy
as for style of play he said we will be high tempo and aim to redeem posession as high up the pitch and as early as possible as the game is alot easier to play in their half with posession

The point was raised about clubs relationship with fans reaching an all time low last yr and hudson swiftly moved to apologise saying the players love the fans and will make an effort to ensure the players come over to the fans after a game to ensure a healthy rapport, Malky also stated that long away trips especially win,lose or draw he will enforce that players thank the travelling support and that the is adhered to on every request possible

Earnie was asked who would score more goals him or kenny miller this yr,earnie replied he always backs himself and is looking to score as many as possible. quizzed on weather it was a difficult decision to come back he said although it took time this was what he wanted and the decision was easy.

Malky and gethin where dissapointed that the subs bench for this season has been reduced to 5 which malky believes will detrement to kids coming through the academy . however he did state that the academy and young players like joe mason have to be the heartbeat of your club

Question was posed to gethin on when the club was finally gonna take a stand with regards to bubble trips to away games. gethin said that barring a clash with the jacks there will be no more bubble trips this season and they will strenously fight any future proposed travel implications on our fans

On transfers malky said hes very happy with business so far but he aint finished and wants 3 more,he would not comment on bellamy but didnt rule it out either
