Miller praises Malky: More encouraging signs

Yet another new signing has praised Malky in being the primary reason why they moved to the club, as per Miller's post match interview on SSN last night.
Miller advised Malky's been excellent over the last fortnight and he's looking forward to joining the promotion push.
This speaks volumes for me, because not only will the whole squad be under no illusions as to who theyre playing for (under DJ's reign the players may have been a little confused who they need to influence due to DJ's non-participation in training sessions etc), but Malky has a relationship with these players from the off whereby theyre fully aware of the primary objectives this season...and will be under no illusions as to what Malky's plans are to achieve it.
Malky's relationship with the players this season (and also the fans) is going to create a real and productive pathway for him to genuinely stamp his ethos on the team and culture he wishes to surround the club with. This factor in addition to a concluding sprinkle of quality on the squad, via a couple of Premier League loanees will see us as genuine automatic promotion contenders.
My opinion is that August & maybe September will be fairly average months with a couple of good results and signs of things to come,as the team continues to gel. However, October will see us really kick on and we'll be right in the mix for automatic promotion by Christmas. Malky is the man...BELIEVE
