I really hope he does, it's obvious to anyone who knows an ounce about football that not having reserve fixtures (to get players coming back from injury fit etc) has most certainly cost us points.

I think that's a stupid idea going back to 5 subs, it basically only allows you 4 outfield players on the bench, 99% of managers will name a keeper as a sub and rightly so. Those 2 extra spaces could be used for 2 youngsters that wouldn't normally get a chance to be in the matchday squad.
