Did Leonne Jeanne get another trial with another league club after brighton ?

You're spot on Bob (as usual!!). However it is a frustrating process waiting for the green light and understandably Leon is getting impatient as he is desperate to play football. We have spoken to Bristol, Swindon, Plymouth, Northampton and Yeovil and all have expressed an interest but nothing more at this stage. Conference clubs such as Bath and Wrexham, as well as a host of Welsh Premier clubs, are also very keen but Leon is desperate to get back into the League. A call was even placed to Cardiff City to see if Leon could train with the squad to keep fit but unfortunately they didnt feel that it would be right at this stage.
If nothing happens in the next 10 days then I think Leon will sign with a non-league club just so he can get playing and prove his fitness. Despite doing very well on the ball work at Brighton clubs are still understandably reluctant to have a look at him due to his past. Its a shame as whilst Leon isnt 100% fit he showed at Brighton that he could still be a top player at League One/Two level. Gus Poyet also felt the same and is willing to give him a reference. Leon has slogged his guts out for over a year now to try and get this final chance so hopefully something crops up soon! If there is anything else to report in the near future I'll let you know.
