Bob, if he's IN court re: the Rape accusation then I can only surmise its to be
formally charged

If the case is to be dropped the CPS would just contact his solicitor and
pass the message on.

Reading the Dundee Utd boards,hes in court Thursday for the assault charge but its likely to get throw out.They also think the rape charge is a non starter and won't even get to court or if it does get thrown out aswell

I hope that i'm safe in assuming that anybody who wants the rape case thrown out only wants it thrown out if he didn't actually rape the girl...

Assuming he didn't I think he will be a class player for us! I've had my eye on him for a while now, was hoping we'd go for him if we got promoted, I was thought he'd be heading for a premiership club from Dundee Utd.

He spearheaded my FIFA promotion campaign with the City, bagged about 30 goals and we went up in first place...let's hope it pans out like that this season eh?
