Yes she did apologise because there was a "mis-understanding". No mis-understanding as far as I can see. She told him where to go AFTER it was pointed out to her he was blind. That is the sort of response I would expect from a keyboard warrior not an elected member of the people.

If she had the manners to say "excuse me" this incident would not have occurred.

I've never heard of her before, but the whole story suggests someone who was stressed, in a rush and behaved in an arrogant and patronising way when someone got in her way. I don't trust Mail news stories, and I would be surprised if she realised in the heat of the moment that she had barged into a blind person with guide dog. The quotes, for what they are worth, don't fit with that. But once it was clear what had happened she should have apologised straight away. She doesn't come out of it well.

If you look closely you'll find a similar number of self-centred Tory knuckle-draggers on CCMB as on here - all with their Daily Mail links and crass tabloid philosophising about political ideas and social systems. Deeply depressing!
