To sign at least 2 quality palyers by the start of the season
Also as long as the players he is bringing in want to play and work hard and play as a team i dont see why we cant finish in the play - offs its not about how much you spend ots how wise you spend. And it pains me to say but a good example of this are - Swansea

Think we need 6 to bring the squad up to something like the size it was last season. Ideally 4 quality players and we could push for the top 2. Don't see why not. Leicester having a big spend but that guarantees nothing. WHU and Brum are not as good as Newcastle when they spent a year in this league. Yes you can name 10 - 12 contenders but the good news is that if no one dominates they all take points off each other.
