Hovering in the background with lot's of plans,we will be getting together before the season start and hopefully helping Scott to keep the area him and his team currently work in BLUE.
Seriously we can all play apart in making sure that Cardiff City are responsible for discovering and nurturing all the best young talent.
Anyone with ideas, enthusiasm or just a willingness to contribute, please watch this space.
