Are you an Estate Agent If so tell them there is a nice Coral betting shop just down the road from Cyncoed in Albany rd ( could be a deal breaker !! )

A very nice person but accepts it is going to be tough division, his wife knocked out by how friendly the people are here.they just bought a new house in St Albans and was not too pleased at first

Cheers, just the fact you mentioned him coming across a nice person is refreshing. Now if you said he was arrogant I would be thinking we have signed another Chopra/Bothroyd who think they can do their own thing and won't knuckle down. Hopefully Don and his wife will find a nice house, settle down and enjoy their time in South Wales helping us reach the Premiership.
