That is f*cking disgraceful. Sorry but I have a labrador and when I hear about such terrible animal cruelty I can hardly believe such things happen !

Outrageous behaviour, it should be instant dismissal and instant arrest, I've had 4 german shepherds over the years and was mortified when I heard the story break on the radio, but to think its the same cop with previous! that just struck me dumb
