Proverbially 'pissed on his chips'....?? 
Jay's posturing 'appears' to have backfired on him somewhat and I believe he is now beginning to realise the grass isn't greener on the other side of the bridge....
I am aware he 'appears' to have had an ultimatum from his partner but his agent's reported approach to Cardiff City Football Club last week indicates his path to the Premiership hasn't been as gold-laden as he thought it might be....
Personally, I'd have him back here at the right deal because I believe we now have a manager who will NOT have Dave Jones-style 'favourites' in the coming season and EVERY player will need to play for their place....
Could just be the final incentive Jay needs to get off his cauliflower arse and give us a WHOLE season....
