As previously mentioned Andy King or Jack Cork would be excellent signings, but if I was to pick one player it would be Ricky Lambert from Southampton, who I think is an excellent striker, good with both feet and will do the business for them this season in the Championship. I know the majority of people will pick a Premiership player but this is my personal opinion and he's someone who I think would take to the fans and would be a vital assest up front for us capable of scoring 20+ goals a season.

Agree with most players named, but mine would be shay given build a solid team from the back
