I will probably get slated for this but after what was said about Jon Parkin in the gossip column pleases me, I think the guy can be a good player, and his size and strength can be useful, BEASTTTTT!

i think its just the fact that he looks unable to last a full 90 mins

Glad I'm not the only one who thinks so

Fair point glammy! But if what was said is true at least he's trying to sort it

He looks like a Pub footballer who's just there to make the numbers up. Hope the rumours are true. We need him to be as fit as possible.

But if he can produce the quality he produced with that finish at Norwich all season, happy days!

Well he's the only forward we got atm so who else is gonna do the job?

To me his weight is an advantage if they can improve his fitness, he just has to be used better.
DJ wanted a Jay replacement and he isn't that and never will be.

If he improves his fitness i reckon he could lose a stone, turn that fat
into muscle. Defenders would shit themselves. He's got a great touch
for a big man. 29 years old, he'd be absolutely buzzing.
Well worth Malky seeing what he can do with him
I tell you what, if he does turn into a success it will speak
volumes for what went on here under the previous regime.
