Id rather it wasnt stated as that has been our downfall over the years and other clubs sucker punch us...

im fairly sure even if he did know he shouldnt and wont really say until things are more finalised....so as to not jeopardise any potential deals..

I don't believe transfer talks on this mb would scupper any potential deals that is just an excuse DJ used to use if he failed to get the player he wanted.
