He's been here 5 minutes and hasn't even picked a team for so much as a friendly yet. I will get behind him but as for winning me over? I'll need a damned sight more time than this to make any decisions

he has impressed me already, his desire to do well and already preparing for next season with a new signing and a possibility of 5 new players? (read off another thread) seems to be doing a good job but this is one small step, we have a big task ahead of us this season.
