Why hasn't Conway been officially announced yet?

What's happening? History shows that we can be 'pipped at the post' for signings. I know he was at CCS yesterday and supposed to have had a medical but why is it taking so long to become official? Other clubs seem to get things sorted in a couple of hours!

He sounds like a cracking player-let's get him signed up-OFFICIALLY!!!

His agent is probably just holding out for the best possible terms for his cilent. Most transfers aren't straight forward like that. No doubt he'll be a Cardiff player within the next few days or so.
