Mackay and Villas-Boas

Just read the following article about Andre Villas-Boas on the BBC's site and it mentions that both Villas-Boas and Mackay have both studied together on the same UEFA coaching course. Hopefully Malky has stayed in touch and we can pinch a couple of youngsters from Chelski. Bertrand and McEachran would be quality additions. Get in their Malky

that villas-boas looks like a touch of class..
undefeated all last yr, winning league by 21pts, winning, eueopa league and domestic cups. only 33 and never played the game ever...
would be great to have a contact like that..

Agreed, but 13.5m?? That's rediculous ... how much must Mourinho's be??

More importantly, Malky's training methods are not a million miles away from
those of V-B.
Nobody ever scored a goal by picking up a weight or doing 500 sit-ups... train
with the ball, all day every day.
I think after Englands fuck-up in the Under 21s and Stuart Pearce's comments
about 'footballers becoming robots' that the game is going to undergo a right
old overhaul in Britain... its falling behind. The vast majority of flair players
in the Premiership are foreigners.
Perhaps we now have a manager who is a few steps ahead of the rest??
