Plenty of water, a couple of Anadins and a couple more hours in bed.

Im not sure I can face sinking another strongbow.

Moments like this is when being t total makes sense.

Get moving, go for a walk or jog if you can. Plenty of water, paracetemol. Or get on the Magners with ice.

The best cure for a hangover is sugar. Have a cup of tea with lots of sugar in. It does take a couple of hours to kick in.
