The dilemma for Man City is that Bellers is a liability.
Once again he's not likely to be in their 25 so once again why pay his wages for loaning him out (estimate 2.6m).
Their best bet is to sell him for whatever they can get and save the 2.6m in wages.
They will open for bids at 4m but Bellers not likely to agree terms with most bidders....so price likely to come down.
