Need help lads

Right, thing is, im going university in September so due to financial reasons (train costs etc) I haven't renewed my season ticket.
Anyway, I want to go to as many games as I can before I set off at the end of september.
I definitely want to go to West Ham.
If I get an away membership, will I be able to get a ticket for the game rather quickly and will anyone be doing a coach?
Its great that during this time i'll be able to watch the severnside derby and also see Brighton and Donny come to the CCS.
Any help would be massively appreciated.
