Yeo just seen that posted on the WFC official site ...... means now that Mackay will have to resign in order to talk to Cardiff . So if WFC have refused then how come sources on here say that MM and CCFC have already spoken and indeed 1 source has said that MM has already been offered the job once , or indeed twice ??
