Gutted Shearer is not getting the job.

He would of been great.

The man loves Newcastle and that part of the world. He turned down Man Utd to play for Newcastle.

I believe he simply didn't want to move to South Wales so I don't think it's all doom and gloom.

But some of the anti-Shearer comments last night were f*cking dumb as shite.

Kept going on about the 8 games and not knowing that 4 of those games were against top 6 teams at the time.

And we don't want an ex England Capt as our manager. Go and ask the Irish who was their best manager is.
