Ban the word manager? every other thread is about this manager or that manager this guy will take over this guy won't.

I know it's a big deal but it's doing my nut in every thread is about this manager, who it is when they'll be appointed how much they'll have to spend etc etc, in my opinion we have far bigger worries right now.
