For any fans still loyal to Chopra.....

Thu Jun 09, 2011 8:40 am

Don't you think it would make sense to sell a gambling addict(not for Top Cat! ), borderline alcoholic who is our clubs top earner for £1.5 million and replace him with a ready made replacement who is available on a free, loves our club and this 'part of the world!' ??????? I doubt Earnie would even want the wages that Chops gets!

It's gotta make sense from a football and a business sense, surely? Chops ain't the player he was!

someone better post on his facebook that CCFC might be dumping him...He's used to that

If he doesn't want to stay (or even if he does)...get him off the wage bill and get someone in who will earn(ie) their money.
He's had his time as a Bluebird...time to fly away

I agree he's got to go after last seasons antics but we need someone better than 'earnie' he'd be ok on the bench used as an impact sub but i dont think he's good enough to get us to the prem.

We've got Chopra's replacement already, it's Bellamy, we need a replacement for Bothroyd and a versatile replacement for Bellamy and the new striker if either are out..........

I love Earnie but his best days are long behind him.........

I know what you're saying, but I'm not sure Earnie's years are long behind him. On a free, we'd be bonkers not to get him in.

Oh and by the way, Bellamy is still a Citeh player at the moment, I like your positivity but he's not ours yet!

TBF Earnie is on fire at the moment playing some of his best football for ages. A move back home might inspire him as well :ayatollah: :ayatollah: :ayatollah:

Totally agree with you, I seen him lastweek and he looked bloated, I think he has lost all self respect. On the other hand we have Earnie who would run all day for CCFC, bring him home.
