He did not almost take the Baghies down. They were doing well, and he was harshly sacked.

Di Matteo not for me. Agree with some of the comments. Has not done a great deal and would have taken the Baggies down. It appeared as though he did not have the dressing room.

Better managers out there. MON would be fantastic: if not Hughton, McClaren or Curbishley :)

He also had an "Aloof Management style " lost the dressing room
and was not respected foe his cold cynical views,

His English is rubbish, he has little experience and is a miserable; foreign tw*t

No thanks

I like him as a bloke but think for where we are now he is too big a risk! He was gifted decent squads at Mk and WBA, we need someone with a strong record of building teams from scratch! I wouldn't be gutted if we got him but it could go either way! For me Curbishley, ONeill, Hughes and Maclaren are much better bets with better records!

He was sacked at WBA when other managers went on worse runs of results than him. Steve Bruce springs straight to mind

how disrespectful.

I cant understand half of what Ferguson says with his Scottish accent and his Wrigleys swaying from side to side in his mouth but there is no doubting his managerial ability.

Are we picking a good manager or are we picking someone with good linguistic skills and whos happy all the time?
