I think Jones has the ability to keep us in this division with a small limited squad. In my pinion if Jones has to stay for a year to work his notice then I think it could be a good thing.

We would save a lot of money on wages for players and potentially unearth some quality youngsters who will have less pressure on them becuase no one would expect us to be challenging.

We could then prepare for the season after with a new manager and new focus on promotion.

The only issue is we would lose all the plastics renewing their season tickets for the following season because there would be no chance of premiership football, but on the positive side at least we could see who the real fans are each week
