The manager offered £1m to take the job has turned it down, so O'Neil it has to be that has done that, another manager has been offered the job, but West ham are not optomistic about him accepting because of a particular issue, not related to West Ham, now I wonder who that could be, could the particular issue be down to that manager seeking compensation?
