Just sack Dave Jones, pay him the bloody £800,000! Once we have done that then we can get a new manager in on say £300,000 a year and get all his back room staff sorted. Surely then TG and Tan will let him spend about £4,000,000 to form his own squad. While we are at it, lets give the academy a funding boost of say £1,000,000 a year.
