THE COST OF WATCHING PREMIERSHIP FOOTBALL..............

Wed May 25, 2011 11:31 am

..................in knee crunching seats with partially obscured views!!!!!!!!!!!!

http://www.yourqpr.co.uk/pricing.php

For myself, in a silver seat, with my daughter (aged 17) and son aged 2 the cost is now a total £1,147, which is lower than I anticipated it to be last night, but the bastards are now charging £35 for the benefit of having an away season ticket! Looks like the average cost of my seat, if I decided to pay match by match would be £52! Oh the joys of promotion, starting to pine for the NPC already.

I trust that you have never been to Blackburn before Hal? If not just imagine the better parts of Swansea and improve by 20%! 'tis that awful! Mind you, they serve the best in-ground footie pie I have ever had! :ayatollah:

whats that? just short of 40% hike on last season?

Pretty much correct, but I do save myself a few quid in diesel travelling the 120 mile round trip from my home to LR for four journeys, so that is about 80% of a tank of fuel, which would be close on £80! Bargain! Also it means that I have four less away games to travel to, and hopefully Reading beat the no-hopers on Monday, meaning that for that away game my total journey is reduced by around 260 miles! I have it all worked out you know!
