Not just that, it's also an aging squad, due to the way Chelski have done things the last few seasons. A fair few players will be hitting the end stage of their career pretty soon, needs a bit revamp.

Exactly, he is a good manager but i suppose Abramovich was always going to bring his old mate Hiddink in at some stage again.
