Message to VT and TG

Spend MEGABUCKS to get the right manager and the rest will follow. I've always believed that in order to get the best team ON the field you first have to put in place the best team OFF the field. Recruit the right manager and he will put in place the right backroom team of coaches, physios, scouts etc and will then attract the best players (within budget). Let's face it, if we could get someone like Martin O'Neill he would attract the best Bosmans and loanees and no doubt he has loads of contacts in the game. Push the boat out and let's go for O'Neill. VT and TG...if you want Premier League football GET O'NEILL !!!

Holloway's tactics completely changed after he left Leicester City - he took ayear out, changed his pholosophy on the game and Blackpool's tactics showed this last year and this year - Jones is out of the same mould that Holloway was in before his transformation!

He didn't do everything right, but he sold us a dream and we went from forth div obscurity to where we are now. He was everyones hero a few years ago, now we have a couple of passionless robots at the helm its kick Sam time. I'd have him back in a heartbeat, happy days!

is that the same O'Neill who spat the dummy and walked out on Villa because the board there wouldn't give him megabucks to spend? Guess he didn't feel comfortable in his ability to attract the best Bosmans or loanees.

Maybe he could use his wonderful contacts, get lots of Celtic players into the club. Worked for Strachan at Boro...
