He would make us harder to beat but a bit like DJ I think the fans would struggle to warm to him. He is another dour character and his teams played dretty dull football too, if my memory serves me right.

I'm a bit sceptical about appointing a manager who has been out of work for so long, you can have two types here, an Ian Holloway who has taken stock of his errors and has made an effort to develop the way he manages or you get someone who has sat on their arse doing a bit of TV work just waiting for work while the footballing world moves on.
