Jay would say that him and many of his team mates have got a way with Murder. getting pissed up before matches went unpunished, Minimal training sessions these set of players has had it easy. No wonder they wanted him to stay !! massive wages minimal effort with no incentive/motivation to get promotion.
As said above Jay didn't seem that bothered about Jones job when he was constantly lying down on the pitch. Or Drinking Coke to 4 in the morning the night before a game.
