BUT DAVE JONES WONT CHANGE his system or set up so he has to go, this seasons formation and tactics have been exposed big time by average players and I dont think he will change his views now. His big mate Ian Hollaway took a look at himself 2 years ago and changed his outlook on the game, maybe it is now time for Dave Jones to do the same because what we have witnessed for large parts of the season was sub standard performances from HIS TEAM.
