Steven McPhail is a flatterer.
He flatters to decieve.
At times he can be great, he can look the part, he can be inspired. But unfortunately,
far too often he is found wanting, lacking that bit of grit, passion, ringcraft... he is
too often the invisible man when the going gets tough.
Most importantly, crucially...
Steven McPhail is not a Premiership footballer, he's not good enough, or he'd be there
right now
Ditto Mr David Jones. Albeit as a manager not a player

I can think off 10 players worse than Mcphail this season mate, He's actualy done quite well this season. Oh and none of our players are Premiership anyway.

Indeed he has, at times played well, so has the team.
But 'quite good' dont cut the mustard, it dont get you promoted. Dave Jones' remit
at this Club was to get us into the Premiership, and he didnt 'quite' do it!
