We have never done it under Dave Jones. It is what has cost us every season. I prayed that we should have got rid of him after the play off final. Then December I preached we should replace him before it is to late. Even during our good run I just knew this would happen, I just hoped it would not. Tonight is a reality to what I thought would happen. As far as I am concerned the board bottled it in December.

Ian, hopefully the board will be more decisive now, we need to move on.
The present set up is just damaged from the last couple of years, the first thing to do is replace the manager and buy in some players who want to perform with the club.
We need to get away from our over reliance on the loan market.
We also need a tough manager who won't put up with the off the field antics of some of our over payed players.
Oh yes, a good defence would help too.
