Complete new start needed, but will have to build again and that takes time!!! Tough times ahead...

If they do have long term serious intensions for the football club then they must realise that they need a real football man at boardroom level as well as a new manager because they know face a massive decision and its not wether to get rid of Jones but its who to bring in to replace him,and they just dont have the knowledge.
