Rodgers inherited a style of play, inherited a squad of players. What else has he done? Brought in Borini from Chelsea, a former club? Sinclair, again from Chelsea?

Granted he didn't do well at Reading but he did a great job at Watford when he managed them. He might have inherited a team but he has taken then to the play off's and finished third in the league, better than Manuel or Sousa could manage.

He has a massive head. His son, capped at underage level for Ireland, has an even bigger head. I mean physically.

His time at Watford left a sout taste and he was a disaster as boss at Reading (came to prominence for his work with Reading's academy which brought him to the attention of Chelsea0. His has a lot to prove in my opinion.

How do you think out teams mindset would have faired ten men away for whole game at forest - he has them right up for it?

Rodgers inherited a damn good squad, with a good style of play. Changes he's had to make have been pretty minor. He's hardly had to completely revamp the squad, has he?

The rest of your points are all kinda irrelevant. Given I don't rate Jones...

I will answer your last point tho. Swansea's style passing, movement are top notch. That style can "cope" with losing a man better than other styles.
